The data acquired through clinical research is crucial for scientific discovery. With many scientists still using paper forms and records, the implementation of proper technology can allow for faster access to cleaner, more reliable data.

The staff at the CCB has extensive expertise in designing solutions for clinical research. We have played a pivotal role in designing and implementing technology solutions for electronic data capture, data management, and experimental control.

The CCB has a number of skilled programmers who program customized software, web sites and database applications on a cost recovery basis.  We work with individual scientists in all aspects of development, from initial user requirements, through the development, implementation, training, and post-development support, including hardware and network support.  By having the programmers in-house, we offer long-term support and ongoing maintenance of the applications that are developed.
